Amendments to the Schedule of Fees of Office in terms of the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1933 were published in government gazette number 48150 dated 28 February 2023 under regulation number 3095.
A copy of the gazette notice is available at: https://www.gov.za/sites/default/files/gcis_document/202303/48150-rg11549gon3095.pdf The Regulations will come into operation one month from the date of publication in the gazette.
