New Deeds Office fees with effect from 1 April 2022

Amendments to the Schedule of Fees of Office in terms of the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1933 were published in government gazette number 45981 dated 28 February 2022 under regulation gazette number 1802.

The Regulations will come into operation one month from the date of publication in the gazette.
