The Code of Good Practice: Dismissal has been published in the Government Gazette. The new Code repeals the Code of Good Practice: Dismissal in Schedule 8 of the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 and the Code of Good Practice Based on Operational Requirements published in GN1517 of 16 July 1999.
