Our team of experienced filers and librarians are trained to provide efficient, high quality and economic cost-effective filing. Individual pages found to be missing during the filing process will be obtained and inserted in the binders.
Topic-specific legal information can be requested to assist with research required by the legal professions. Typical requests include: Case law or legislation relating to a specific subject; regulations and government gazette notices in terms of legislation; specific documents, articles, legislation or cases.
Special Library Projects
The Lexinfo Team is available to assist with ad hoc special library projects such as bulk loose-leaf filing, data capturing, bar-coding, labelling of material and cataloguing. Recent examples of our involvement in such projects include:
City of Cape Town:
Cataloguing and classification for the City’s Information and Knowledge Resource Centre of documents from the Strategic Development Information & GIS, Planning and Building Management, and City Spatial departments.
InfoPacks on the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 , National Credit Act 34 of 2005 and Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 are currently available.
