This week’s edition refers to the Draft Code of Good Practice on Dismissal published in terms of the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 for comments. The Expropriation Act 13 of 2024 was gazetted on 24 January 2025 and will come into effect on a date to be proclaimed by the President.
